Better Body Boot Camp

The Better Body Bootcamp is a fun, dynamic and challenging workout that incorporates functional movement, coordination, agility drills, cardiovascular and resistance training, core strength development, postural awareness and flexibility education. The workouts are designed to suit all levels and can be adapted to meet your fitness level and goals at any stage of the program. This boot camp incorporates body weight, tubing, hand weights, stability balls, skipping ropes, BOSU, and much, much more to create a unique program every time you attend.
 

All of our fall sessions are held outdoors and winter sessions indoor, see bellow for more information on all our available group fitness options.

Women & Weights

This women's only ONLINE training program will challenge you inside a fun and judgement free environment, always with my trademark safe and effective instructions.

This class focuses on full body resistance training and is suitable for all fitness and experience levels.

Please note your own equipment is required (Please contact instructor if assistance is required).

Butts & Guts

The best glute and core exercises for women are in this workout. Butts & Glutes is a challenging workout but the results are worth it. Not only will you look better but your body will feel great. Building a strong core through functional movements, power loops, weights and mat exercises is the key to preventing injury and improving your daily performance. All exercises are non-impact and can be modified for all fitness and experience levels.

Equipment needed: light dumbbell, power loops or mini bands, and mat/towel (instructor can help with acquiring equipment)
